Singolar assimilates data from the digital Set Top Box that includes Time Shifted and Place shifted data, browsing behavior and STB interaction data. The base data would be used as the basis for a scoring model which can be used to manage retention and churn. Singolar continuously learns from STB data in real time and improves the accuracy of the “Perceived Value Score” for the subscriber.
A low Perceived Value Score is a leading indicator of subscriber churn. A high Perceived Value Score (PVS) could be used to increase ARPU(Average Revenue Per Subscriber ) or upgrade a subscriber to a higher package or bundle additional products and services
